SHIPPING

Worldwide shipping available. Please allow 10-14 business days, not including weekends or holidays, to start shipping orders unless specified in the product listing. Shipping & handling rates are based upon weight and destination. Tracking confirmation is sent by text or email once your order has shipped. If you do not receive confirmation please email info@paperworknyc.com Shipping address cannot be edited or changed once your order is placed. We are not responsible for orders that may get lost or stolen during transit or upon delivery. Please contact USPS or your international mail carrier immediately to locate your package or file a missing claim with them.

DELIVERY

Having issues? Contact your shipping carrier with tracking #. For international orders, please check tracking often & contact your local mail carrier for more information. You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country your order will be received. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. You may contact your customs office for additional information. If your order is delayed, or an attempted delivery was noted, but no delivery or notice please contact USPS or your local shipping carrier immediately.

RETURN POLICY  

All sales are final. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We accept returns for refund or exchange only on defective or incorrect items. Please contact us at info@paperworknyc.com within 7 days of receiving your defective or incorrect item(s) to be eligible for a refund or exchange.  Any requests after the 7 day limit will not be approved. Product must be unworn & unwashed.
